User Accounts

Content Ownership and License

Your Content

You retain ownership of the artwork and other content you upload to our Service. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to use, store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing our Service to you.

Generated Content

The AI-generated stories and illustrations created through our Service are provided to you for personal, non-commercial use. You may not resell, redistribute, or use the generated content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or offensive
• Violate any intellectual property rights of others

Payment and Refunds

Payment is required before we begin printing your book. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated on our website.

Refund Policy:

• Digital books: Refunds available within 14 days if you're not satisfied
• Physical books: Refunds available if the book arrives damaged or defective
• Custom printed books are generally non-refundable once production begins

Shipping and Delivery

We ship physical books to addresses provided by you. Delivery times vary by location and shipping method selected. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or incorrect addresses provided by you.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, functionality, and underlying technology, is owned by DoodleTale.ai and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our Service without our permission.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee that:

• The AI-generated content will meet your specific expectations
